HOW TO RESET YOUR RADIO MODEM

If you are experiencing slow service you may need to reset your system to refresh the signal to your Radio Modem and clear any temporary files on your PC that may be causing a slow down ( we also ask that you reset if we perform any upgrades on the network) .

1. Shut down your computer.

2. If you have a router, turn it off.

3. Unplug the radio modem (little white box with lights on front) from the wall.

4. WAIT FOR TEN WHOLE MINUTES ( the signal will not reset itself if you do not allow enough time).

5. Turn your radio modem back on by plugging it back into the wall. Wait until lights on the front stay on.

6. Turn your router back on if you have one, allow it time to start up.

7. Turn your computer back on.
