Crops mature at different times.
Some crops are cut quite green at 45 - 50% seed head moisture
in order to reduce seed loss.
Other crops are Defoliated and straight combined.
Some grass crops should be checked bi-weekly,
due to a short window for cutting,
since they are easily shattered by wind.
