EIDNet made the commitment in July of 2004 to provide as many people with Wireless High Speed Service as was possible. The first phase of this effort has resulted in twelve towers that allowed four hundred and ninety seven customers to go from the dark ages of dial up to Wireless High Speed. The second phase of this effort will commence shortly, during which, seven more tower sites will be added to expand our service area. If you look at the map to the left  you will see the current tower locations highlighted in green and proposed tower sites in blue.   ( hasn't been updated to include Bantry yet)
